Helgardh Headlining Tour Press Release

Headliner: Helgardh
Special Guest: Maleficent Vigor

KiLLSHOT PR is proud to introduce the dominant force that will conquer North America. West Virginia black metalers Helgardh and California melodic death metalers Maleficent Vigor will perish their surroundings and entice the crowd to perverse in this outstanding extreme metal package. In October of 2013, bystanders should be sure to hide as this undying package journeys throughout the American lands.
Helgardh is comprised of the unique blend of ardent death metal and baleful black metal. Founded by guitarist and vocalist Famine in 2009, they have since been on a quest to disperse their somber and sickening message. Spewing words of the Occult and Satanism underneath technically written composition and rugged melodies, this band will become perpetual.

In 2013, Helgardh is releasing their debut album The Black Flame Descent. Mastered by Abigail Williams mastermind Ken Sorceron, the quality is superb but still holds that dreary resonance. With their sickening message, rough recordings and unorthodox message, this band will force an impression on you. So indulge in the blasphemy that is Helgardh!

Helgardh Bio 2013

A dark and aggressive force is emerging out of the cold and arid atmosphere of the Appalachian Mountains. You have a slaying monster that’s spreading its putrid filth. They infested the Appalachian with their plague, and they’re descending from the rocks where they came to disperse their epidemic. This indomitable beast will surely poison your mind.

With an incomparable enmity and eye-opening musical abilities, it’s the sound that can only be described as if Behemoth started doing coke. “We’re trying to see how far we can push the boundaries of black metal to increase the technicality of it, without crossing the line,” said Famine. In 2013, Helgardh is releasing their debut album The Black Flame Descent. Mastered by Abigail Williams mastermind Ken Sorceron, the quality is superb but still holds that dreary resonance. “I still wanted that atmosphere you get from black metal, that cold sound. I’m not one, especially for this genre, to overly produce music,” said guitarist Adramalech.

Their stage presence is a combination between theatrical and impious. With their liturgy consisting of immoral props to immerse the crowd in a wicked atmosphere, their performance is one that is unforgettable. “When we play a show, we want people to talk about it a week or two after. Maybe even longer,” said Adramalech. Beside the controversy their performance has gotten, the band wants a lasting reaction from the audience. “When you see us, there should be a feeling of fear and a feeling of love,” said Adramalech.

With their sickening message, rough recordings and unorthodox message, this band will force an impression on you. The Black Flame Descent is planning on a 2013 release, and a fall U.S. tour is in the works. So indulge in the blasphemy that is Helgardh!
Misamore Bio 2013

Misamore is an extremely diverse and influential act. They have a sound that borders hard rock and metal, but their individual groove is what makes this band memorable. With influences ranging from Alice in Chains, The Black Dahlia Murder and 311, Misamore is a band you’ll never forget. Misamore formed in Sacramento, California in 2003. They suffered years of line-up changes and long distance commuting with band members before they perfected their frame with a strong line-up, refined recordings, and their preliminary tour in the works. With a line-up consisting of vocalist and guitarist Josh Amolsch, bassist Mike Dragony, and drummer Ryan Maples, this band has never been so meritorious. With so much happening for them, you can expect to be hearing a lot from Misamore.

Misamore is embarking on their first tour in fall of 2013. They will be traveling throughout the west to promote their single “Present Numb.” Misamore is looking forward to traveling and to attract new listeners. “We are extremely excited to get out of Sacramento and see how other cities react to us and to see some friends we haven't seen in a while,” said singer and guitarist Josh Amolsch. From a live show, you can expect nothing less than the band’s full potential. “We want people to experience a full on show when they come see us,” said Almosch. “Even at a local level with a thirty minute set, we strive to immediately connect and carry the audience to the end.”

Their latest EP titled “Horizon” was recorded in May of 2010. Since then, the band feels they improved on their sound; writing and performing music that is lively and they more confident about playing. Following their fall tour, they hope to work on their debut album that is planning on being released in 2014. The band’s direction toward writing for this album is one involving patience and time. “The material now is much more settled in. We have had time to really feel out every nuance of these new songs,” said Amolsch. This is a sound Amolsch describes as, “…heavier, a bit more dynamic and also having bigger choruses.” The band hopes their music can inspire listeners to feel something from their music. “We want everyone to be able to take something from our music and enjoy it, feel like it is theirs,” said Amolsch.

Misamore has several doors opening for them and a bright future. With a loyal and growing fanbase, this band has all of the opportunities in the world. If their fall tour is coming anywhere near you, attend the show and be inspired by Misamore’s unique sound. Keep an eye out for their new album that will be releasing next year. And overall, allow yourself to take a part in Misamore’s journey.
